| Customer Service and Sales Manager: Jacki |
Our administrative assistant, Jacki Center, has the perfect name for her job because she’s at the “center” of a whole lot of ROAR activity. If you’ve called our headquarters, you’ve probably had the opportunity to speak to Jacki. Her past experience has given her the ability to know how to serve our customers, vendors and employees with a great attitude. She’s worked in retail sales, the energy industry and as an administrator for a ministry. Jacki also has a natural talent for photography. She’s already helped us get some great shots. Jacki was the first official ROAR employee and helped the company transition from vision to reality. |
| Painter/Airbrush Artist: Fern |
Fern is a self-taught airbrush artist who attended Miami University in fine arts. She loves creating and designing unique ideas for paint schemes on motorcycles and enjoys other artistic expressions as well. She and her husband moved from Ohio to be with the rest of their family and now live in DeBary, Florida. Besides motorcycling, they enjoy off-roading in their sand rail buggies. Everyone who sees Fern’s work is amazed at the detail and incredible creativity she brings to the craft. She is very excited about bringing some femininity and cutting-edge ideas to the motorcycle industry. |
| Pinstriper/Artist: Steve |

Steve Hughey, all we can say is, “What a talent!” Steve is an exceptional artist who does our artwork and pinstriping. Whether it’s handbrushing or airbrushing, Steve can get it done. For years, Steve also owned his own sign business. Steve did one bike for us and we knew we had to have him on our team. He’s creative, has an eye for color and can help pull your bike theme together with the perfect artwork. With Steve, you don’t get the same’old, same’old. His work is always fresh, innovative and unique. Steve’s services are available for men, also. |
Finance Specialist: Joan
Joan DeCamp is an invaluable part of the ROAR Team. She’s been riding since 1968, teaching herself to ride in an abandoned airfield in Miami. Her motorcycle background also includes working in her husband’s motorcycle rental and accessory shop back in the 70’s. Now, she is the National Chaplain for the Tribe of Judah Motorcycle Ministry and has attended major motorcycle events throughout Europe. Also, for a number of years, Joan worked and traveled extensively in the Middle East. As a result, she experienced firsthand the tremendous oppression experienced by women in other parts of the world and is on the Board of Directors of the ROAR Global Foundation. Joanie works as a consultant and finance manager for ROAR. If you talk to Joanie, don’t forget to ask about her parrots (one of her other passions).
